Hey whats up? Have you been having unprotected sex?Sounds like an infection of some sort I would definitely seek out medical attention STD's can be very damaging to your body,I do know that something is wrong because we are not suppose to urinate that way,go see your doctor it might be something simple to fix.Waiting to long can be hazardous to you.Get checked Bro!

You need to see a doctor immediately. It could be an STD or it could be a serious kidney infection. Your urine should be a slightly yellowish tint and it should be clear or debris. Something is wrong and it needs medical attention ASAP.

Do not delay go to the doctor this is not normal there could be an infection in the urinary tract, or bladder especially if it hurts...get it checked out quick!
