No Ebay does not have a 1 800 number to call. You can only contact them via email. There's nothing you can do about it. Kinda sucks though.

OH! If by chance you just want customer service from a specific store in your area. You will have to call that store directly and have them transfer you to the customer service desk since they do not have a direct number to that desk. (At least at the stores near me in Ohio)
