No more labor pain means no more complains?
With the presence of spinal anathetics that greatly reduce labor pain, can women ever complain any more about the pain of child birth? you know like when your mom goes "i gave you birth" implying the pain she had to endure to get you here.

Women will always complain as we all have different pain thresholds. I only used gas and air when I had my first daughter and although it was painful I could never complain, I didn't when giving birth either because you know why your in pain. I would go through any amount of pain if it meant at the end of it I would have a beautiful bundle of joy in my arms. I am now 6months pregnant and looking forwards to the birth of my 2nd daughter. I can't wait.

Giving birth isn't usually painless even with an epidural. They turn it off once you start pushing so that you can feel when you have to push an you feel pain pushing the head out. Some women need stitches. I had epidurals both times and felt pain delivering with both babies. So to answer your question, yes women can still complain even if they have spinal anesthesia.

News Flash, the baby has to grow for 9 months, even if you take the pain of childbirth out of it, the stress on your body from pregnancy, the uncomfortable belly, groin pains, ligament pains, its the whole process honey, and its not that fun. We grow and nurture the baby in our body right from conception, all the guy has to do is plant the seed.

yes , cause any type of medication is usually not given until labor is under way so as not to harm the baby, so the mother will still feel labor pain up until the medicine is administired.

Just for the record, I'll complain even if I don't feel any pain. Just because I can!
Seriously, it still hurts. You still feel tons of pressure so, yeah, it still freaking hurts!
