Ask … St. Joseph to help you sell your home and then …
Believe … and trust in St. Joseph to intercede in the granting of your request, and then …
Bury … or place St. Joseph's statue on the property, as an outward sign of your belief and trust in his power, and then …
Thank ..St. Joseph for having responded to your call … before, during and after the granting of your favour, and then …
Remove … his statue and finally …
Share … with others, your experiences … how St. Joseph helped you personally.

Anywhere in the yard but as the belief goes, you have to bury him upside down & dig him up when your house is sold!

I believe you just need to bury the statue in the yard. Of course, this is something that people without faith will point to as an example of the absurdity of religion. Can't say I'd disagree with them in this case.

You're supposed to bury him upside down in the front yard. But I really think that's silly... If you do it, don't forget to dig him up and take him with you when you go.

Personally, I don't know if I would bury his statue, but I might put it in the front window or something.

I'm assuming so, and that scares the ever living crap out of me...
