my hair is falling out!?

Lately, about a fe days ago actually, I've been noticing that when I run my hands through my hair..it's falling out. Unfortunatly in the mornings for the past two weeks I haven't dried my hair, I've just scrunched it with mousse and hairspray. Now, my hair is very thick so even thought I apply a ton of conditioner in the shower, I have huge knots. Could my hair be falling out because of the harsh brushing or the lazy way I've been doing my hair for the past two weeks?

I wouldn't think that the way you're styling it is doing it. Stress can cause your hair to fall out some medical conditions can too. If you have hypothyroid your hair can fall out. If you are not getting proper nutrition your hair can fall out. So many things can effect your hair. My advice is if it keeps falling out to visit your Doctor.

It could be the products you use. Make sure you brush your hair when you get out of the shower and it is wet to get the excess loose hair then put the product on it should help. Take some Vitamins as well like a daily woemn's vitamin to help boost your Vit. E which assists in healthy nails and hair.

I'm more youthful than you and I lose hairs like that always. Your hair is made of lifeless cells, and the autumn out often. Just on account that a few fall out daily doesn't suggest you're going bald. So, I could say what you're going via is flawlessly normal.

Hair usually has much to do about diet and vitamin intake, obesity and etc. We naturally loose so many strands of hire a day, I think average hair loss is 50 to 100 strands per day with the hair being replaced in the same follice it has fallen from.

Change your diet, wash your hair with vitamin enriched shampoos, take supplemental vitamins if you have a poor diet.

You will see an improvement with an healthier glow to the hair and usually less loose hair.

Brush your hair thourgly, each day, If you notice thinning consult with a doctor or dermatologist for better advice.

Its a mixture of everything the wind damages hair as well as heat , humidity, rain anything as for hair falling out around 60-100 hairs a day fall out an the average human so if u dont brush your hair for a day or 2 and see alot of hair coming out thats just 2 days of accumulating hair that fell out previously so i wouldnt worry too much about it......hope this helps

Could be your diet....Healthy hair needs the right vitamins and minerals. Any nutritional deficiencies can lead to un-healthy hair growth. Simply put, your hair ultimately reflects the overall condition of your body. If your body is healthy and well nourished, your hair and skin will also be healthy. If your body is in good health, you can then maximize your healthy hair follicles by taking the proper amounts of proteins (amino acids) and B-vitamins.

Since hair is made of protein, a diet with too little protein can cause un healthy hair growth. So, if you eat a protein-rich diet, healthy hair growth will follow.

it sounds to me like your body chemistry has changed maybe less stress or more stress or a recent change in your mood

my recomindation is to see your doctor if it continues for longer than a few weeks

usually its nothing serious but just in case it is make sure you talk to the doctor
