when sending e-mail with links ...
people are recieving e-mail but if a link is attached they are not recieving the links. What can I do to ensure the links make it along with the e-mail

People should be able to receive the links you sent to them. Your case is quite unusual. There could be a problem with your email account. I suggest you sign up another account and do a test to confirm. If the problem is true, then use your new email account instead.
If you don’t like to use a new email account, you can put the links in a file using Microsoft Word or other programs that you have. Then you send this file as an attachment and your links will be safe. Good luck.
