guys i have vista rc1.. i want to ask when the reall vista come out wat happens to this version??? will ther be an option in which you just pay, download an update, restart and just contionue using it??

windows vista will be released to business people in November 2006 and to consumers in January 2007. windows vista release candidate(RC) 1 will expire in June 2007 after which you will have to buy the final version and install it to use windows vista or install windows XP back on your computer.

Nope, you gotta buy the retail version. The RC1 of Vista will just expire, not sure what the time line is for the expiration of RC1 is.
