PWI and IIS are they available for windows XP HOME couse i think i saw it only for XP Profesional And are these programs free for download?

Generally we write and run asp pages on either PWS or IIS. U can simply save it with its extn as .asp.

1) You can create and save a file as .asp using any easily available text editor like notepad, wordpad, word express. Instead of saving your file as .txt you need to save it as .asp.
2) You can use enhanced text editors such as UltraEdit or EditPad.
