How do i persuade my parents to get me a puppy!?
my dad has been promising me a yorkie for as long as i can remember... and he wont get me one! im an only child,and i want company!i used to take care of my dads gf's puppy,so he knwos im responsible,but he wont bugde!

Make him give you one. LIke tell him if he doesn't you will be forced to leave.

Sit him down and talk to him. But make sure your ready for the job.The dog must be walked,groomed,fed played with etc. An you also have to clean up after the dog. Maybe your dad doesnt think your ready yet. Maybe start out with a ferret or rabbit first to show to him your responsible.Good luck:)

Show him that you are DEFINATELY responsible enough to handle a puppy. Start helping out around the house or something. Let him know you really want this puppy. Or, save money to buy your own.

why dont you volenteer at your local shelter looking after the dogs and when your folks see your responsible enough and your not scared of picking and cleaning up dog poo then he might be pushed into realising you are able 7 responsible enough

just tell him that u want one on your birthday and if he does'nt give u one just cry all day long that u want a pet
