hey girl, been there done that Ha! i am a a hairdresser of many years, what has happened is the ends were porous from sun bleach or possibly another color, it will fade to match i recommend using, don't laugh, tide or a powder washing detergent on just the ends. it is harsh on the hair and it may take a time or two, but the less chemical fix you try the less disasterous result you will get, don't try to bleach it out!!!!
