What do you do about bullies that bother other people?

This sickens me. What should I do about it?

Update:

I hate it when people pick on other people. They purposely irritate and annoy him in class. When it ticks him off, they just laugh.

    The important think is not to let them peretuate it for long!

    Report them, make a general announcement, ask for help!

    theres realy noting you can do bc sometimes bullies do it for atension so i realy would not even look or give any reason that your paying attension to that person but in that situation i woudl just let it go carma will come back to that person they will get theres carma is a *****
