I bought some mdse by internet from a company in PA and they shipped wrong size but refuse to admit it.?
Is there any place where I can report it?
Update:
I reported it to the Better Business Bureau but understand they don't really have any authority. I would like to warn others to steer clear of that company because they don't stand behind their shipments.
