What is Ccapp? And why does it keep freezing my computer?

When my computer slows down or freezes, it says in the Task List: Ccapp[Not responding]. It's happening everyday now.

    Ccapp is part of Norton AntiVirus

    if it keeps crashing then you might have to reinstall Norton AntiVirus

    *Uninstall it first, then restart, then install, then restart again.
