Verizon has one, so does Cingular and Sprint.
But I think you have to work there to get access.

I believe there is no comprehensive database of cell phone numbers. Just imagine having a public directory of cell phone numbers and each online marketer has a copy of this!!

I know for a fact these numbers are completely private...lol I've actually called the operator and requested a cell number and she told me there would be no way to get such information anywhere.
