iPod is an excellent brand but if it is only for podcasts, the price may not be worth it. Perhaps you should look into other brands for a cheaper price.

Any mp4 compatible player would have handled audiobooks and podcasts but if you want a quality player with a great features, go for an iPod.

I have a Sansa 2 gb player. its awesome and a 3rd of the price of an IPOD, with video, photo, music, FM and other features.
119 at best buy right now.
