The only real reason people can relocate it themselves is because they have dislocated it before and have learned how. But the best advice I have for you is to go to a doctor and have them relocate it for you

it would not be a smart idea to locate it back yourself, tha would just make it worse, you are better off going to a doctor that works with those kind of injuries for a profession, good question

Some people can relocate their own dislocated shoulders, but they generally can only do it because they've dislocated so many times that the tendons securing the joint are loose and they've had it relocated so many times.
