Hi, yes, they are a rip-off, got back from there last week, the whole signing of the contract and offices is just a theatrical production, nothing else, I actually did not give them a cent, beware because they will try to rip you off with non-existing government fees pertaining to the contract and try to get you to buy lunch/dinner and give them gifts, jut a huge bunch of crooks.
