How to make a power point presentation less heavy so i can send by email?
Im trying to send a power point presentaton but is to big and yahoo refuses to send it, is there any way i can reduce it without affecting the final product?

You have three options
1. Use winzip or winrar to zip it and then send it through email
www.winzip.com,www.winrar.com
2. Upload your ppt on a file uploading service like www.rapidshare.de,www.filefront.com,www.yousendit.com to name a few and send the link to your contact through email
3. Another way is to convet your ppt file into a pdf file. Adobe allows you to convert one file for free on its website. www.Adobe.com

Remove animations such as Fly from Left or font sounds.
If it is totally that big and you have already done the above try cutting out rubbisy images.
Alternativly, you can send any file by email as long as there is no limit, you just have to wait ages for it to be attached ^ ^
Or, get yourself a nice modern USB memory stick =)

Zip it. Microsoft has a zip program but I' not sure about Mac. You can compress the file to about 50% of the original size.

create a clean folder placed potential aspect presentation in it also placed the sound document in this folder' create a zipper document with winzip etc then despatched it by digital mail . now the ppt may have sound connected to it !!!
