Why are people jealous if your a good worker and feel inferior to you enough to threaten your job?i?
I work in the health field and I always do my job. My patients love me and tell me I am great. Some of the people I work with are evil and accuse me of things I have not done which were proven, which made this one person want to retaliate at me even more!

I know exactly what you are talking about!
I can only explain it by the other people probably not being so good at their job, and at the same time would like to be/look better than you. Having this ambition, they try anything, look for intrigues, make up lies just in order to by contrast to you, look good themselves. Try not to look so good in front of them, try to make your supervisor see without these colleagues knowing about it, try to compliment them, try to make them look good, they will feel better

They are jealous of you and you make them look bad by doing your job so well. Kill them with kindness...not only does it either tick them off or diffuse the situation...it also can make you feel even better (whereas, yelling and being rude back may be something you regret and cause a cycle of cruel behavior). It is hard to be kind to someone who is not kind to you but you will win in the end.

Honestly, I think you've already answered your own question. People typically become jealous when you arrive at a job and have a better performance. They then fear their own established position at that particular job.
