fed govt. complaint filed,what should we do?
i filed several complaints about how my personal mail is being held at the branch because political ads & grocery ads are a priority.what can we do leagally?

First you will have to show that your mail is deliberately being held. If the "branch" is overworked, they naturally will have to adopt a system of concentrating on which is more important and which can be delayed a day or two.
Are you sure you are being discriminated against? Talk to those who work there, talk to who ever is the manager. You may find you really do not have a complaint.

I guess I'm wondering why on earth you would think first class mail isn't a higher priority than ads. There's got to be something you're leaving out.
Why don't you write the President? Then he can start a war against the postal service.
