this mean that just because you dont agree with certain groups that you are not allowed to be slanderous, threatening or abusive towards them or to any individual with links or photos, including the content of you answer or question.

in other words, have respect for everyone or dont bother answering and move on to another topic.

This refers to post that target a group of people in an abusive manner. This could be by threatening harm to them, spreading hateful messages about them, or in any other way insulting them on the site. This means that you cannot post racist, sexist, or any other hateful questions, answers, comments, or posts about a group of people. Also, you cannot use an avatar depicting anything of this nature. If a person uses a picture of a swastika it will be removed, because it is associated with anti-Semitic groups.

We understand that like in any community we are going to have a wide variety of people coming from various walks of life. Not all are going to agree on everything, but we ask that you show respect to fellow community members at all times. If you feel that you are being attacked or insulted in this manner you have the option to report the abuse to us. Please refrain from responding to these types of messages, we, as a team, are equipped to handle these types of post.

What is it, exactly, that you don't understand?

You can't cuss people out, or call them names or in any way verbally abuse them; you can't threaten them (saying you're going to stomp their *ss or kill, main, or otherwise harm them); you can't slander (say that they are thieves or murderers or sluts, for example).

What is it you don't understand about this? If you were more specific about what you're asking, we might be able to clarify.

The concept is that, as a site whose purpose is providing information and advice, discourse should be civilized, not mindlessly brutish.

well it means exactly what it says. You may not post content that slanders, threatens or abuses any groups of individuals, which I take to mean, you should not post racist or religious slurs amongst other things. it's self explanatory
