thanks so much I restarted my computer and now it works. yahoo won't let me choose you as best answer until 4 hours though

Did you try restarting the player? Sometimes it could just be a streaming error, where it has nothing to do with you or your computer. I would try to restart it, and if that doesn't work, then I have no clue. LOL
