What is so great about The Notebook that people say it's there favorite movie?

notice how 99% of those who say its their favorite are women?

Romance, romance, romance. In fact, a bunch of students in my college class were discussing what a great movie it was for dating -- the 'player' of the bunch was recommending it to his group of friends! Must be good ....

They gave some details, but I don't want to spoil it for ya .. but it was like an idea of enduring love, no matter what and pushing through to the other side of problems. My students are poor, so maybe that's why it inspired them.

It is a sweet and wonderful love story! It just makes you go awwwwwww! Plus there are wonderful actors and actresses in it.

It is the most romantic movie, and It really takes you into the lover's lives and you feel their pain amazing movie

It's a very sweet love story.

Because it's what everybody wants and craves but love like that doesn't exist anymore in our generation.

its a beautiful love story its very sad but watch it you will enjoy it

I have never seen it either, but it looks BORING!!!

But I do know a lot of people that like it, so I don't really know.
