Besides selling on line,is there any PC Tools software sold in the form of CD.?
PC Tools software are only available on line. As such, it is only for one time download use. Should U reboot your computer, U will lost the software and have to make another purchase and download on line again. Unlike purchase software with CD, U could still download the software again after U reboot your computer. and U only purchase the software once but not evrytime after rebooting computer.

By rebooting you probably mean reinstalling OS. No, that doesn't matter. If you purchase a software on-line it comes with the product number which you must enter to make it active. When you purchase it, they send it to you by email and is there for you to reinstall it as many times as you want. Also most of the products sold on-line come in the CD package, but lately it's not that popular because of easy to purchase/use over the Internet.

what u sually do is download the file(setup file)
and burn it a to a cd, so incase if i reboot i have ti already adn dont' have to waste my time in downloading.
