My friend is locked out of her yahoo account. She has tried making a new password but nothing is working. We need help trying to figure it out. Plus, she is the owner of a yahoo group and I am a moderator so we either need to get her access or figure out how to change the owner status to myself.

there should be an 800 or 877 ( free) number to call about problems cause it sounds like u got jacked
