In the place I work, there are only two of us working. My co-worker sees the Boss more than I do. That person takes cerit for everything! Unless something goes wrong then it's all on me! Any idea's on how to handle this????

Have a talk with your boss first and explain what she is doing. If he appears reluctant to do anything tell him you would like her to join the conversation. You confront her with everything in your boss's presence. This is a modest way of showing her you are not gonna take this from her.

I do not know your co-worker is he or she. So I assume is he.
In my opinion, either he go or you go.
First, do your best to kick him out.
To me, there is NO so-call under hand or "should not" way.
In our world now, the strongest survive.
Plan properly first, before you attack.
Put a safety net for yourself. Get a back-up job first, in case you fail.
If nothing works, resign.
No point working in that company.
