What type of rebel do you mean? A rebel without any cause means taking advantage of someones weakness or showing superiority.Every rebels has its good and bad effects though you win or loss.Just go to the history of the world.You,ll see that in everyway,the sufferers are the general people as they know that they have to survive in this world hoping this might bring hapinness in future.

During the Civil War,this slogan was started.Rebels for the confederacy army were called "Johnnies".They would just join the army and fight,some not even knowing why or what they were fighting about.Thus the term"rebel without a cause".All they knew was to kill the Yankees,or "Blue bellies".

its an attitude problem and suggests that you are angry for no reason, possibly drawn towards other causes bcos of this but that is not your ultimate goal

it usually refers to teenagers who are angry. often without reason. they try to be badass....but usually aren't. =]
