Who dress better Nicole Richie or Paris Hilton ?

I'd have to say Paris. Everything that Nicole wears looks so bad because she's too skinny!

Neither, they are both fashion disasters most of the time! Lately though, Nicole Richie has been pulling off a very polished look...and she's put some meat on her bones, thank God!
