Good stretches before Bowling?

I went bowling last night and now my arm hurts from my shoulder to my wrist. What can I do differently next time?

    You are twisting your arm when you release the ball. Trying wearing a wrist guard or releasing differently, straighter.

    do stretches that you do like at the gym before you bowl

    use a lighter ball next time that will help..you could of used a ball that was to heavy!!
