They are traditionally passed on from generation to generation of siblings, cousins, and grandpa's who also happen to favor the ever popular "pull my finger" gag. Of course teasing is universal so it only stands to reason everyone in the world does it. hmm.. how do you say purple nurple in Japanese...?
