Yes, when you download Firefox 2.0 (the new verison) they ask you if you would like to import your book marks and contacts.

you are able to import bookmarks saved in HTML format from a document, using the Import characteristic of the Bookmarks supervisor: Firefox 2 and in the past: "Bookmarks -> handle (or handle) Bookmarks -> document -> Import -> From document" Firefox 3: "Bookmarks -> handle Bookmarks -> Import and Backup -> Import HTML... -> from an HTML document" Mozilla Suite/SeaMonkey a million.x: "Bookmarks -> handle Bookmarks -> procedures -> Import"

after you installed firefox, run it and it will automatically ask you whether you want to transfer the favorite or not
