What can you do to get Yahoo! Answers to stop another user from sending you nasty emails and harrassing you?

to stop that from going on send in a report to yahoo giving them the email address and let yahoo know that the person is sending you

harrassing ., email also when you sent in ur report put that email on block you can go to ur email setting from there you can block the email address but report that email address first

If you just ignore them, after a while they will get bored and stop. Saving the emails is a good idea in case they are persistent and reporting them for harassment if they continue.

I had that once when I gave an answer the 'girl' did not want to hear. She started emailing me with all kind of nasty words, claiming nobody asked for my advice. (got a laugh out of that since posting any question is asking for advice) Then she told me I should just stick to popping out more kids (I only have 2 spaced far apart). I resisted the urge to email back but I did report her for harassment....It stopped right after.

People can be funny when they have nothing better to do. Harassing others make them feel better about them selves when they feel worthless. Take it in stride and just smile and shake your head.

Take the allow email from users out of your settings in the Yahoo Answers. This will not allow them to communicate with you via email.

dont allow people to send you email block it in your account part of your page. Also, hit report abuse button and tell yahoo they are harassing you and being nasty and request that they reply so you can forward the letters. Also hit the spam button!

click spam when u read the email and then they cant send u emails anymore....

also in ur profile edit the prefrences so ppl cant contact u!!!!

people on yahoo answers cannot email you because you have it blocked

Don't answer the emails.

There is a Report Abuse Button. on every question. You might consider using that.

just delete them without opening them. or make your e-mail

unavailable for yahoos to contact you...mine is unavailable for

public to contact me....I have been known to be a Magnet for

as*sholes!
