iam14 in the 9th grade iam 5'10 143 i bench 175 squat 225 hang clean 155 my vertical is 26 and 1/2 i can dunk a volleyball my 40 is 5.11 i lost spped cuz i started gaing alot of muscle iam still quick tho list ur stuff like bench and all the stuff i put n compare it and tell me wat u think i should inprove on and give me back feed back iam not huge but iam ripped n pretty big but iam only a freshman i aint no body builder

That's good for your age, I wish I was there three years ago but I only started working out after 10th grade.
Bench- 210
Squat- 225
Reps of 185- 7
40- 4.9
Just keep doing what you are doing in terms of the weight lifting, but do sprints and all that to maintain your speed. There is no such thing as getting to big and losing speed. What would make you lose speed is if you get big without working on your speed. Look at Jamal Lewis for instance, hes 5'11' 245 and is a very fast running back.
