If B prime is a subset of A prime, is A a subset of B? What is the proof for this?

I know the answer is true, but how do I go about writing the formal mathematical proof for this?

if B' is subset of A' then

if x belongs to B' then x belongs to A'

if x belongs to A then x cannot belong to B' because if x belongs to B' then it belongs to A then x belongs to A and A'

so if x belongs to A the x belongs to B(as it does not belong to B')

so A is subset of B

take an element x from one of the sets and detail x, you'll end up with equality, which is what I think the second answerer has given.
