Nope. Technically, a criminal is someone who does something wrong legally. He's taking a legal action, government has the right to war. It's not illegal.

Very good question. 1 that Libs can't answer honestly. BTW, Bush also got the same intel from many other countries. If (A), then almost every President in our history has been a criminal. I'm sure there are those on the far left who will agree with this. If (B), I'd like to see that anywhere in our legal code.

If the ruler of a country were to use the army for his own selfish interests wouldn't that make him a criminal? I mean, soldiers run the risk of death and mutilation. If they are sent to fight, it should be neccessary for the good of the nation as a whole don't you think?

Using documents you know to be forgeries, Refusal to allow UN inspectors reports which contradict your story and changing Intel to fit your script so you can invade a country because the leader "Insulted your daddy" should be
One other thing, how exactly did Iraq threaten our freedom? With what and when?
Oh, and for the record, only congress has the right to declare war.

No. Shaping the intel to suit your needs is criminal. Lying to Congress and the American people is criminal.

The President which people tend to forget, is The Commander and Chief........he has the right to declare war, I do not believe this war was wrong, what I do believe is that its wrong to publicize it, the killing and fighting has gone on for centuries and was never publicized years ago, that is what is wrong. War is War, killing and fighting happen......that's war. Unfortunately war, is what keeps our freedoms in this country, freedom for those that piss and moan about everything. People are free to piss and moan, because there are men fighting to keep our freedom, and they know this is part of joining the military.

Probably.
It's far better to lob cruise missiles and drop bombs from 30,000 feet (and hit the Chinese embassy).
Of course, this should only be done in response to polling data.
Anything else is racist, a war crime, and part of a vast economic conspiracy.

It's always good to hear from you brave souls on the front line in Iraq.

Only according to those who think that this president is.
