Canadian Bank Embezzler/Gambler?

I read a book years ago about a Canadian banker who had a gambling problem and to support his habit embezzled millions of dollars. He was wiring money from Canada to casinos in USA and they would send jets to fly him to the casinos. Anyone know the title of this book?

    I'm not sure of the name of the book, but the man you're talking about is Brian Maloney.(sp?)
