FYI->Microsoft will start sending upgrades to internet explorer tomorrow, 11/15.06/..in your automatic updates. If you have them to download automatically, you will receive internet explorer-7, in your updates, and it will set itself on your computer. So, if you do not want to get IE-7, check the updates, before they download.

I've personally had a problem at work and at home where IE7 runs like I have a dial-up connection while everything else, including Firefox, runs perfectly on my cable connection. I've cleared all the folders and all that, but I still have the same issue. I've also encountered a message saying that a number of issues could have caused the page to be unable to load. Funny how Firefox does not have this problem... MS not go...

Two rules for new operating systems:

    1. Never, ever, ever use a "beta" version.

Beta versions still contain all kinds of things that don't work now and will never work later,

but Microsoft can't be bothered fixing them because they want to find out if anyone notices first.

    2. Never, ever use the first version. First versions still contain bugs that may or may not get fixed.

I've download it when it first came out and have not encountered any problems. If you do encounter problems get Firefox 2. I have also had all beta and RC versions and no problems with it.

Not really problems per se: but Firefox is better. IE7 just adds features that firefox has always had, but Firefox has a bigger viewing area and is sometimes noticeably faster.

    No problems with mine!

Had it for about 3 months, works great for everything. Crashed only once! Go MS! :D
