Just had Baby Help?
I just had a baby about a month and a half ago and my belly button still looks all weird. Its not sticking out any more but it looks strange. Like its all streched out of shape. Will this go back to normal or will I never be able to wear a two peace again. Also my belly is really dark how long will it take for it to go away?

You just had a baby, give you body time to adjust to it's old self. Your belly button may or may not go back but give youself at least 8 months to a year to get back to normal. If it doesn't go back the way you want it, there are plenty of sexy cut-out one piece suits out there too.

Well, each woman is different. Some women don't get stretch marks and some do. Those who do, they sometimes fade, and sometimes they don't. It kind of depends on genetics. But your baby is only a month and a half. I'd give it a little longer (like a coupole more months) to see what happens. Your body went through major trauma (especially the skin on you belly and surrounding areas) and now needs to heal. A friend of mine used Vitamin K lotion/gel and it worked. I tried it too, but got pregnant again before I saw any results. I would have tried it again, but hwne that baby was 5 months, surprise! Here's #3. So I'm waiting on this one to be born before I do anything about my belly. But try the Vitamin K lotion. Places like GNC and other nutrition stores should sell it. It should take at least 6 weeks to see any significant results, but that's because the newest layer of sckin that eventually comes to the top takes about six weeks to do so. It won't be as long before you se esmaller results, though. Take care!!

Your skin is just stretched, that's all. Depending on the kind of skin you have, it could go right back to normal, or stay that way... Try using some skin firming creams and what not. The darkness on your belly will go away with time... I'd say give it another month or so... Needless to say, buy next summer, you should know where you stand..

More likely it will go back. Just that your skin needs to adjust back to normal. Use coco butter or firming lotion. The darkness does last up to maybe three months. I had a dark line that was dark and I rubbed it with a wash cloth everytime I took a shower and it finally went away. So maybe it will work for you.

Make sure that you exercise once you are healed from labor. Depending on the type of labor you had, you should check with your doctor before you start, but once you are able try to make some time for it a few times a week.
