    A good project would be on either diet or excercize. Teenagers tend to be very lazy, that is the age where their motabolism begins to slow down. The first link is a great place for answering questions you may have about teen's health. The second site is a good place to generate ideas about your project. Maybe you want to be more specific than just "diet" or "excercize". the third source is a very good place for facts and stats also.
