Jewelry is always a nice idea, and you could get her something sentimental like a locket, or maybe a ring with her birthstone in it or earrings.

Depends on what she likes and what you want to spend. My husband and I gave all the girls in the family an Elsa Peretti (sp??) Open Heart necklace from Tiffany, the small ones are about $100, we give them for special occasions, the girls love them.
