Where can I get a Savanna Monitor online?

where do you live? i would try to find some pet store close to you and see if they can get you one buying over the internet has its drawbacks, you dont know the health of the animal or really what it looks like and if its captive bred or wild caught. savannahs are definatly a good pet lizard as long as you realize how big it gets how much they eat and have time to tame them down and keep em tame. i have 3 my female is almost 5 foot she is 4.5 years old and my two males are brothers 3 years old and 3 foot and 3.5 foot and each one eats 2-3 rats a week. my males are tame and wont bite anyone but my female loves me and only me she has bitten other people more than once but has never tried to bite me. they require uvb lighting and like a heat range af about 95 on the hot side and 80 on the cool side. they love to swim i let mine swim for 30 mins a day. this also helps with there shedding. i own a reptile store and when i get them i sell them for $55 so there not that expensive to buy but like i said there enclosure in the future must be large and they eat like crazy. hope this helps andyou can email me if you have other ?s
