That means the club you are going to join is transferable and you have to pay the transfer fee when you want to sell or transfer to other people even your son. I don't know which country club you are going to join. Normally, most of the clubs charge the joinging fee when you join the club. Then, you have to pay the monthly subscription fee. The transfer fee only apply when you transfer your membership to other people even your son. I hope this can help.
