how can i remove the yahoo sponsored link at the bottom of e mails i am sending to people from my yahoo e mail
when i send an e mail to someone a "yahoo sponsored link" appears at the bottom of my e mail to the person(s) i am sending - they see this tacky thing. I just sent a professional letter to someone and saw it there and was utterly disgusted and embarrassed.

I have to agree. I was enjoying the fact that the beta version of Yahoo mail did not have the sponsored links at the bottom the way the old version did (until recently). They have so much advertising as it is you wouldn't think it would be necessary.
GMail doesn't append crap to the end of sent emails... it would seem like Yahoo would like to follow the trend instead of lose people to Google.

Those emails are subsidizing your free email account. If you're using a Yahoo! email account, you can upgrade to Yahoo! Mail Plus which gives you ad-free email and other additional features for a fee.

But really....Rock Hard Erections? That's not acceptable to me to have to delete this crap everytime I want to send an e-mail via Yahoo!

It CAN be removed, at least for both Chrome AND IE 11 browsers. For Chrome, simply get the Adblock Plus extension. For IE 11 get the Adblock Plus add-on AND click on the ABP icon (after installation) on STATUS toolbar to select SETTINGS. On the setting page select "Wiltteri+Easylist" option. Enjoy

This can't be avoided. Don't forget, Yahoo! needs branding too! An alternative is to have a personalised email address. You can subscribe and have a personalised email address. That will definitely look professional. Cheers!
