Never!!
A few reasons:
- when I was a registered independent, I actually liked him; but, then I came to realize he was a smooth talker that just knows how to play the system. I realized this after taking an online survey that matched my stance on issues with politician's stance on issues. I was shocked when it had me less matched with McCain than even Bush. I clicked on the details part where you can see where they stand... bottom line is that McCain is farther to the right than even Bush and he is such a smooth talker, that you don't realize it.
- His wife is addicted to pain killers. Now don't get me wrong. I am not crashing on ppl that suffer from addictions. I am just not comfortable with a man that didn't realize his wife was a drug addict until 1996.
- His age and the fact that he has already had cancer. I would have to definitely like his vp.

As a foreigner, i will declare if John McCain will substitute into the president of the U. S. of a, it quite is going to take YEARS for something of the worldwide to love and believe u . s . a . lower back. i'm no longer putting forward Bush = human beings, i do no longer think of that yet some human beings do. And Mr Bush is seeing as a much much less maniac Hitler, quite in Europe and midsection East. McCain isn't plenty different. i'm no longer able to understand some human beings can no longer see what George W Bush did to their u . s . a . and what McCain needs to do. They the two have unrealistic goals that damages their u . s . a .. basically like Hitler ruined each and each element for Germany and Germans contained interior the previous.

NO!!! Just because he has POW status?
He was 1 out of 3 Senate members (along with Warner & Grahm) that put together the Military Commission Act of 2006. You know, the one that eliminated Habeus Corpus from our Constitution. The same Constitution that our nation was founded on. And to think, they took an oath to uphold the Constitution.
I WOULD vote to have him impeached from the Senate. Does that count?

McCain tied himself to a sinking ship with his hard line on Iraq and also for giving the president a reach-around.

No, he wants to put more troops in Iraq, and he opposes gay marraige, even though the state of Arizona recently turned down a ban on gay marraige.
