Definitely go to Paris. Eventhough everyone says so it is true! The buildings are amazing, and if you don't want to spend too much time there, ask a taxi driver to at least drive by all the sites. He will if he is nice and you won't be sorry. In Germany there are loads of interesting castles if you are into that sort of thing. I would suggest staying in local hotels in small villages in all these countries, they have a very nice feel. Go to all the local shops, they are so cute and have amazing foods. I would also greatly recomend seeing Ireland, even though I myself have never been there, they say it is gorgeous. London is great, go there. Antwerep in Belgium and Amsterdam in the Netherlands are also very nice if you wish to go that far. The buildings there is amazing, and believe what they say, belgian chocolate really is the best, also get their waffles and french fries. French fries actually originated there despite it's name. And in Italy, Rome especially, watch out for theives, it is true what they say about them. Even in your hotel rooms look out, staff can also be untrustworthy. Oh my goodness, I almost forgot, go to Monaco, Amazing again. I lived in Europe for 13 years and I am still amazed by all these places. All I can say is, the tourist sites are amazing, but the little hidden towns are where to go if you want a real feel of the country. Good Luck, have fun, Bon Voyage!

I realize that most people want to see the beautiful and historic cities...Berlin, Munich, London, Paris etc. These places are truly the reason Europe is so popular and beautiful. However, after having visited 16 European countires myself, the best times I ever had have been spent hiking and mountaineering in the beautiful Alps of France, Italy and Switzerland. To anyone with any extra time in Europe, one should consider taking a day to explore some of the trails and hiking routes in the breath-taking Alps.

at first how long you will stay there?

    i propose you Mediterranean route:

starting from Barcelona (Spain, Catalonia ;maybe the most beautiful city on the Mediterranean sea, the most original architecture) Then i advice you to go to Cote d'Azure southern France (Nice, Cannes, Monaco). you mustn't skip Italy (especially Venice, Florence and Rome). Croatia is beautiful I recommend Istra and Dubrovnik, if you are in southern Europe don't miss Ohrid in Macedonia (very original old town on the most magnificent lake) and finally visit Greece for example the island Skhiatos. If you have time go to Istanbul Turkey you won't regret. nice trip

Do you think it is possible to give you detailed answers to such a huge question? Better buy some books (Fodor's, Frommer's) and look before you ask. How can you travel to Europe without having some sort of an idea or plan?

Be sure to take in as much of Spain as you can. The north is beautiful and the south is warm and friendly and there is much to be seen in between. Barcelona, Seville and Madrid are cities not to be missed and Granada of course has the wonderful Alhambra Palace.

You cen get loads of information about Spain, it's towns, cities, culture, food, wines etc. here:-
