Expertise on fat-burning/weight loss health supplements???
Hi Everybody!
I am asking anyone, although I appreciate the input from the ladies since I am one:
I'm looking for a fat-burning/weight loss-esque supplement. Not anything unhealthy or that makes you jittery. More herbal and helpful.
I work a sedentary job and live in LA! With 2-3 hours of commute time EVERY DAY exercise is possible, but I could use an energy boost and a little extra help.
I am in no way looking for some man-made chemical but rather a mixture of something natural?

There are no pills that you can take that will help you "increase your metabolism and burn fat." Caffeine is a good substance to utilize if you are looking for some assistance. It will help increase fatty acid mobilization and you'll be able to prolong your workouts thus creating a higher caloric deficit.

Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.
Good luck. I mean it. You may be saving your life. I saved mine.

Hoodia is a good appitite suppressant. I currently take it in the morning so I dont scarf down a lot of sweets...and it helps. I wouldn't say that it "burns" fat...it just stops you from pigging out. Remember everyone reacts different to medications, so your results might be different than another person. It might be worth the try. Also, if you look hard enough you can find "free trials" of 100% Hoodia. Just make sure if you do order, that it is TRUE hoodia, and that they have a certificate to prove it is TRUE 100% Hoodia..there are a lot of rip offs on the net. Good Luck!!

replace your scale with a tape measure aim for 32 1 2 inches or less for women and 35 inches or less for men

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
