Most consecutive would be held by a man named Luke Appling who once fouled off 17 straight pitches before hitting a triple. The most foul balls in one at bat is held by Roy Thomas who once fouled off 22 pitches. Recently, Alex Cora fouled off 14 straight and then hit a homerun on the 18th pitch of the at bat.

There is no record keeping of this but it has to be Luke Appling of the White Sox. He was an expert at that.
