3 the big sleep
if were talkin g60's and 70's gritt films. these are my 6 (3 for each decade)
1 yojimbo
2 a fistfull of daollars
3 barbarella
1 the getaway
2 the street fighter(sony chiba, not the game)
3 high plains drifter
as for the 80's there is only one movie.

Shawshank Redemption is a contemporary classic, if that is what you're asking. If that is the case, I adore The Usual Suspects- total class in its own.

right here is my astounding 10: a million. infamous 2. Casablanca 3. It got here approximately One evening 4. the everyday public Enemy 5. The Maltese Falcon 6. city lights furniture 7. My guy Godfrey 8. Now, Voyager 9. the skinny guy 10. you are able to no longer Take it With You question me lower back over lower back, and that i will in all probability substitute my techniques on a million/2 of those. there are this manner of super sort of super ones! LOL!

i don't think Shawshank is a classic, but whatever. i liked it too. i'd have to say Casablanca. typical but i liked it. also Victor Victoria, Arsenic and Old Lace, Sabrina, Roman Holiday, My Fair Lady... i could go on and on
