OJ Simpson?

Why isn't he going to jail for failure to pay the civil judgment? I hope the families sue him for payment out of this book deal he just made. His poor children.

He is not in jail quite simply because he and his scumbag attorney played the race card and he walked. He has already worked his book deal so as to be untouchable. His home in Florida is paid off now as is the home offshore. He is the lowest form of life on the planet. Murderer.

edit: Annuities are virtually untouchable and it is from the NFL annuity that he gets his golf money. Sadly, that's how it is.

I heard something about this today. The way the book deal is worded, he may be protected under certain laws in the State of Florida, which is now his legal residence. There will probably be another law suit by the Goldman's seeking the money. I'm not sure why he hasn't paid in the Civil suit, though. Too many loopholes in our "Justice" system, I guess.

If anyone is stupid enough to buy this book, the Goldman's and Brown's may get some money. But I personally will not spend my money on his garbage. Now that he knows nothing can be done to him, he's actually writing his confession in a book to make money from it?! Once an A** always an A**. His poor kids have been thru enough from what he did.

he wont go to jail for the book $ because he is suing that money to pay off a house in florida which is protected by law. The book is pretty much a confessional though.

Unfortunately he's not. That's why the goldman's lawyers are trying to get a piece of his NFL pension plan. There's some kind of rule in florida that forbids it. That's why he's living there

It's a Civil suit so he can't be prosecuted. Which makes sense considering he slaughtered two human beings, one being the mother of his children, and nobody could prosecute him for that.

He is mentally ill. OJ has no soul from what I can tell.

  • Good question

  • Not my problem.
