    I have a Fender, and I really love the way it sounds, but I'd still like a Gibson Les Paul.

    Martin! Just like 'em. Owned a Gibson and a Fender, liked the Martin best.

    My favorite is Charvelle, nothing can get a crunch like that.

    I play Gibson for recording solos.

    Gretsch. All of my favorite musicians happen to play them. Clean soulfull sound...

    depends on your budget....i havea martin a ovation balladeer...and a epiphone ej200......the epiphone which was 349.00 is really the best sounding comapred ot the 1000 martin and hte 600-800 ovation...price doesnt matter...go to a shop and play a few and you will know which one feels right...
